2. Consultation and Demo
A consultation may be conducted to understand the student's academic requirements, learning needs, goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
A demo class may be provided before enrollment where applicable.
A demo or consultation does not automatically guarantee admission, enrollment, academic results, or a particular teacher.
Teacher assignment and class structure may depend on student requirements, availability, subject requirements, and our internal academic process.
3. Student and Parent Responsibilities
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about the student.
Parents/guardians should ensure that: - The student attends classes on time. - The student has a suitable internet connection and device. - Required learning materials are available. - The student participates appropriately in classes. - The student completes assigned practice or homework where applicable. - Information provided during enrollment or consultation is accurate.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for educational services will be communicated before enrollment or commencement of the applicable service.
Payment must be made through the payment method communicated by Star Mentorship Academy.
The applicable fee, payment schedule, and service duration may vary according to the student's grade, subject, program, and selected service.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be communicated where relevant.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Consultations, demo classes, and regular classes may be subject to scheduling and rescheduling rules communicated at the time of booking or enrollment.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the specific refund terms communicated for the relevant service or program.
No refund will be provided solely because a student chooses not to continue a service where the applicable service has already been delivered, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Any specific cancellation or refund policy applicable to a particular program will prevail for that program.
6. Class Scheduling
Classes are generally conducted online through platforms such as Google Meet or other platforms communicated by the Academy. Students/parents are responsible for joining using the correct class link and being available at the scheduled time.
We may make reasonable changes to teachers, class schedules, or platforms where necessary for operational or academic reasons.
7. Academic Results
Star Mentorship Academy provides educational support, guidance, assessments, practice, and personalized learning recommendations.
However, academic results depend on several factors, including the student's participation, practice, attendance, school requirements, existing academic level, and individual circumstances.
Therefore, we do not guarantee a specific grade, examination score, rank, admission, or academic outcome.
8. Teacher and Academic Support
Teachers and academic coordinators may provide feedback, assignments, assessments, worksheets, progress updates, and recommendations as part of the selected service.
The Academy may monitor or review educational sessions for quality assurance, training, safety, and service improvement, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, worksheets, presentations, videos, lesson plans, assessments, graphics, written content, logos, branding, and other materials provided by Star Mentorship Academy are owned by or licensed to the Academy unless otherwise stated.
